These Terms govern your access to and use of Sellhalla (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
2) The Service
Sellhalla is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing hosted ecommerce infrastructure and tools. Sellhalla is not a marketplace and does not guarantee sales, traffic, or profitability.
3) Accounts & Security
You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to keep your information accurate and updated.
4) Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- Promotional pricing may be offered for limited periods and may renew at the then-current rate if disclosed at checkout.
5) Cancellations & Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sellhalla to violate laws, infringe IP, distribute malware, bypass platform safeguards, or sell prohibited/illegal goods.
7) Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Sellhalla permission to host and process it to provide the Service.
8) Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform.
9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellhalla is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
