Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the period ends.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable, including promotional pricing. We do not offer prorations or refunds for unused time because access is provided immediately upon purchase.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access may be restricted until payment is successfully processed. We may retry charges and/or request updated payment details.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve it.
